Shut It Down

I look forward to connecting with all of you who live with this hazard everyday. I grew up in Maine, the tailpipe of the country, and was diagnosed with asthma after a frightening attack in high school. I know that this has to be because of the pollution I was breathing in that came from around the country. I can't imagine what it is like for the communities that live around this plant and breathe in soot from the combustion, or the dust from the coal pile. I'm glad I was able to take action at the plant, but the real work lies with those who live in and around Bridgeport. I hope all the best, and would love to stay connected anyway I can.
